One word describes the way in which Tom Faulhaber performs his inspections: THOROUGH

Tom completely understands the enormity of the investment that the home buyer is in the process of making. This is what drives Tom to perform a very thorough home inspection and always take the time needed to explain/educate the client on what they can expect in the short term, medium term and long term.

Whether it is a house, condominium, commercial structure, or brownstone Tom will provide you with the necessary information to make an intelligent buying decision.

FROM MANHATTAN TO MONTAUK

For Our Clients

Tom will inspect every inch of the house. He will inspect the exterior, climb the roof if possible, then proceed to the basement or crawlspace. Don’t worry if he disappears for a while. The basement/crawlspace is the heart and soul of the house and it takes time to properly examine all its components. Upon completion of the basement Tom will enter the attic if possible and then go room to room inspecting every visual nook and cranny.

Clients are encouraged to be present and ask questions. Upon completion of the inspection the client will be debriefed. He will provide you with a detailed report with pictures.

For Our Real Estate Professionals:

A relationship with Tom adds value to your business. Tom’s commitment to excellence reflects favorably on you and your team and will promote referrals in the future. Tom offers convenient scheduling, making him a one stop shop for all your inspection needs.
